My experience at Commack Dental Design as a new patient was absolutely amazing! I see that there was a review of someone not happy with the front desk staff however, front desk staff Nichole was very nice, helpful, informative, and direct. She let me know she’ll send out to my insurance for preauthorization before scheduling so I can know my copay for when I come back. The doctor I saw was amazing, she did a thorough exam and let me know what treatment I needed and the whole staff made me feel comfortable and at ease for my first dental experience in this office seeing as how I have a dental phobia! Everyone in this office is lovely and I’d HIGHLY recommend anyone to this office! I’m looking forward to my treatment and getting my teeth back into good health!

I’ve been going to The office for many years, I’ve never had a problem with the office staff. Nicole the office manager took over for Donna, she’s is always kind, professional, very knowledgeable & pleasant. Always makes effort in trying to put me in the schedule right away when it’s emergency. When I’m there for regular appointments, Nicole is always helpful, understanding. I always get warm welcome from all the staff, seems like they really care making me feel better & worked well together. That says a lot about the dentist. Keeping it a happy place makes the patient experience better.

Over the weekend I started to get tooth pain and days later I just couldn’t take it anymore so I call my dentist and was offered an appointment the same day I call. I went signed in the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Took me in to get X-rays. Saw the doctor right after the X-rays and was told what was going on. I the went back to the front where the nice ladies explained how much it was going to cost and booked me an appointment for this coming Friday to get part of my problem done and once that’s done, I will go back and get the remaining part done really a sweet place to go to all
